Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By installing or using the extension or website, the user accepts these terms. If the terms are not acceptable, use must stop.
2. License
The user receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license for personal use in compliance with law and Chrome Web Store rules.
3. Account
Some features work without an account. The user is responsible for the security of the Google or Yandex account and activity performed in an active Mahashe ID session.
4. User content
Users retain rights to links, names, images and collections they add and are responsible for lawful use. Users grant Mahashe the technical permission required to process that data solely for the selected feature.
5. Prohibited use
- violating law or third-party rights;
- interfering with the website, API, extension or servers;
- bypassing security controls or obtaining unauthorized access;
- distributing malware, spam or phishing content;
- using another person's account without permission.
6. Third-party services
Some features depend on Google, Yandex, search providers, Open-Meteo, YooKassa and other external providers. Their own terms and policies apply.
7. Availability and changes
The product is provided “as is”. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for security, maintenance or product development.
8. Backups
Users should export important data. The developer cannot guarantee recovery after browser-data clearing, profile corruption or third-party service failures.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, unavailable third-party websites or consequences of user-added links.
10. Intellectual property
The product name, interface, code and brand assets are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners.
11. Donations
Project-support payments are voluntary and do not purchase ownership rights. Refunds are available only where required by law or payment-provider rules.
12. Changes
The current version is published on this page. Material changes may also be disclosed in the product or project channels.
